Heavy equipment operator — Richland County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Richland County, North Dakota. You will work on a busy construction site. On the job you will handle: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects Requirements: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
