Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Hampshire, England. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
