Sewing machine operator • Washington County, Indiana

Join our team: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Washington County, Indiana. You will be based in a textile and apparel unit. On the job you will handle: • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
