Requirements: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold On a typical shift you will set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class.
