We are recruiting: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Fountain County, Indiana. You will work in a chemical processing unit. Your main tasks: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Rotating shifts.
