Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Warren County, Indiana. You will be based at a sheet metal roofing workshop. You should have: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience The role involves set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
