LMV driver — Kent County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a LMV driver in Kent County, Rhode Island. The job is with a transport contractor. On a typical shift you will load and unload parcels and secure the load with straps and ropes; drive within speed limits and follow all road safety rules; arrange routine servicing and renew insurance and PUC documents; deliver goods to customers and collect signatures or proof of delivery; keep fuel receipts and update the daily trip sheet. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of accident-free driving experience • Valid police verification / background check • Good knowledge of city roads, routes and shortcuts We offer $200 per day plus benefits.
