Paint booth operator — Lea County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Lea County, New Mexico. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg We offer $230 per day plus benefits.
