Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Lincoln County, Nevada. You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
