Concrete labourer • Anderson County, Tennessee

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Anderson County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Your main tasks: • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
