Join our team: we are hiring a power float operator in Lake County, Montana. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. The role involves erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Full-time with occasional weekends.
