Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Pennington County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
