Vacancy available: we are hiring a press setter operator in Baxter County, Arkansas. You will be based in a forging and pressing unit. You will punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; record output and downtime on the production sheet; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings. What we are looking for: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses 2+ years on the tools preferred.
