PVC window assembler • Hamilton County, Nebraska

We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Hamilton County, Nebraska. You will work on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Ideal candidate: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Day to day you will clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
