Sausage maker — Franklin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Franklin County, Arkansas. You will work at a wholesale meat market. The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
