Join our team: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Wayne County, Georgia. The job is on a busy construction site. Day to day you will level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; check for underground cables and services before digging. Requirements: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
