Surface coating operator — Gaines County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Gaines County, Texas. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Six days a week, one day off.
