Fettler wanted in Chenango County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fettler in Chenango County, New York. The job is on the moulding line. Day-to-day duties: • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Basic grinding and fettling skills Rotating shifts.
