Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Harrison County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
