Vacancy available: stamping press operator (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Hillsdale County, Michigan. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. On a typical shift you will record output and downtime on the production sheet; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts. Requirements: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
