Mechanical press operator — Boone County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Boone County, Nebraska. You will work in a forging and pressing unit. The role involves deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; record output and downtime on the production sheet; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses. What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
