Single needle operator — Prairie County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a single needle operator in Prairie County, Arkansas. Day to day you will press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Ideal candidate: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Rotating shifts.
