Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
