Power float operator — Camas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a power float operator in Camas County, Idaho. You should have: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods You will cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour. 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
