Kitchenhand — Stewart County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Stewart County, Tennessee. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
