Bread baker — Arkansas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Arkansas County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 2+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
