Mechanical press operator — Bronx County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Bronx County, New York. You will be based in a sheet metal stamping unit. On a typical shift you will clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
