CNC machine operator • Ottawa County, Kansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Ottawa County, Kansas. You will be based in a packaging factory. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Good attention to detail and steady hands The role involves segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
