Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Maries County, Missouri. The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience.
