Immediate opening: scaffolding erector (New Jersey)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Passaic County, New Jersey. The job is at a shipyard. Day to day you will inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out. You should have: • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Able to read basic scaffold drawings We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
