Pipe fitter — Iredell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pipe fitter in Iredell County, North Carolina. You will work at a busy plumbing and sanitary firm. What we are looking for: • Willing to attend emergency call-outs • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • ITI certificate in plumbing or fitter trade where applicable Your main tasks: • Trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits • Lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall • Detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework • Chase walls and floors for concealed pipework • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings 4+ years on the tools preferred.
