Join our team: we are hiring a formwork erector in Worcester County, Massachusetts. The job is on a residential tower site. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking The role involves: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
