Immediate opening: we are hiring a stitching operator in Lamar County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
