Great opportunity: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Lenawee County, Michigan. The job is on an export house sewing floor. The role involves: • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance You should have: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently 1+ years on the tools preferred.
