System formwork carpenter • Terrell County, Georgia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Terrell County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Day-to-day duties: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
