Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day to day you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools.
