Oven operator — Linn County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Linn County, Missouri. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
