Site carpenter • Merced County, California

Great opportunity: we are hiring a site carpenter in Merced County, California. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. You should have: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent On the job you will handle: • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions Six days a week, one day off.
