Bread baker — Custer County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Custer County, Colorado. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker 3+ years on the tools preferred.
