Meat cutter — Brooks County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Brooks County, Georgia. The job is in a supermarket meat department. You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
