Formwork joiner — Harding County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Harding County, New Mexico. Day-to-day duties: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
