Commis chef wanted in Deaf Smith County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Deaf Smith County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
