Garment presser — Beaverhead County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a garment presser in Beaverhead County, Montana. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Day to day you will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; give each garment a final press before packing; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
