The role involves sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot. You should have: • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
