Powder coating sprayer — Talata Mafara

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Talata Mafara, Zamfara State. You will work at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Full-time, day shift.
