Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Macomb County, Michigan. You will work at a powder coating unit. The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 3+ years on the tools preferred.
