Finishing plasterer — Morris County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Morris County, Texas. The job is at a new-build housing development. Day-to-day duties: • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat What we are looking for: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • CSCS card or willing to obtain one 5+ years on the tools preferred.
