Deboner — Sauk County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Sauk County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience.
