Bulldozer operator — Elbert County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Elbert County, Colorado. The job is at a land-clearing site. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Your main tasks: • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
