Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Day-to-day duties: • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
